INDESINENCE – Complete Work On New Album
UK death/doom metal luminaries INDESINENCE have finished work on their massive third album, aptly titled “III”.
For nearly 15 years, INDESINENCE have been one of the most prominent death/doom metal bands to hail from the UK. The band who have carried tradition onwards and forged along with the torch passed on by the “Peaceville Three” (that being a reference to the very early ‘90s glory days of Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride, and Anathema) may not have been the most prolific throughout their career, as some of their peers might have been, but INDESINENCE were never a band to oversaturate themselves within the UK metal scene in which they stood their own ground, unparalleled.
“III” is the band’s most varied album to date while at the same time reveals itself as the band’s most crushing, massive, and musically potent release yet. Following their acclaimed “Vessels Of Light And Decay” album from 2012, “III” continues the development of the INDESINENCE sound into more vast sonic territory through dynamics and the monolithic dark heavy atmosphere that the band have brought to its brink on “III”. Adding to the diversity of the new album, “III” features a guest appearance by Robert Roth of Seattle cult rock legends Truly and a cover of The Third Bardo’s “I’m Five Years Ahead (Of My Time)”.
To be released July 21. “III” was recorded and mixed by Greg Chandler of Esoteric in his Priory Recording Studio and mastered by Brad Boatright of Audiosiege. Tracklisting for “III” goes as follows:
- Seashore Eternal
- Nostalgia
- Embryo Limbo
- Desert Trail
- Mountains Of Mind/Five Years Ahead (Of My Time)
- Strange Meridian
