GOLD – Announce New Album “NO IMAGE”
Dutch death rock luminary GOLD have completed work on their new album “No Image” which is their sophomore follow-up to their 2012 debut LP “Interbellum” (released by the band’s European label Ván Records).
Conceived in 2011 by guitarist Thomas Sciarone (ex-The Devil’s Blood) and vocalist Milena Eva, “No Image” creates a new… image for GOLD with this new artistic expression of theirs that goes much beyond the promise laid down with their debut. Embracing even more the roots of dark/death rock, noisy loud indie-rock, experimental music, and post punk respectively, “No Image” is a rawer, heavier, and much darker and more addictive expression. Recorded and mixed by Jeff Zeigler (Kurt Vile, The War On Drugs, Nothing) and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege (Yob, Bell Witch, Sunn 0)), Leviathan etc.), “No Image” is the result of what happens when individuals take a good look in the mirror, get over themselves, push their ambitions, and reach deep within to collectively create a path of their own.
To be released officially in North America on Nov 6th via Profound Lore Records and late Oct in the EU/UK via Ván Records, tracklisting for “No Images” goes as follows:
- Servant
- Old Habits
- D.I.R.
- Shapeless

- Don’t
