Ending the year on a fitting autumnal dark note with the new album from Dutch dark rock band GOLD (ex-Devil’s Blood) called “No Image”, the CD version now available directly from our webstore just ahead of its Nov 6th release date here in North America (album was just released today in the EU via Van Records). Recorded and mixed by Jeff Zeigler (Kurt Vile, Nothing, The War On Drugs), “No Image” is a culmination of traditional death rock, noisy loud feedback-driven indie-rock, experimental music and post punk respectively, a distinct expression from the herd that stands as a faceless reflection depicting civilization’s untimely decline.
